Everyone is invited to participate Tuesdays , at 11:00 am in the clubhouse.
Some people find it hard to get down on the floor for some of the regular Yoga moves. Rosa has investigated Chair Yoga as an alternative and attended a course to teach it.
This exercises are designed to take place as we sit safely on a chair while we move our body in order to stretch and energize our muscles. And a couple more moves for which we will stand up using the chair as support to move our legs more freely.
The routine includes about 15 minutes of basic chair yoga moves and then incorporates some more fun with a video which includes some fun music to a few sequences of movements that will keep us singing along as we exercise. Class is about 45 minutes long or 1 hour if you are really having fun and would like to continue.
