Maintenance Department Hours:

 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM  Mon through Fri

Maintenance Requests.  All requests for maintenance must be submitted in writing to the office. Forms are available at the Clubhouse near the Bulleting Board or click here. 

These requests MUST be in writing. No verbal requests

After Hour Maintenance Emergencies (e.g. entrance gate won't open  or pool is overflowing)

1. call 772 562-9031 you will get the standard hours announcement 

2. wait till the 24 hr answering service picks up

3. Give them Amy Cavasinni's name and they will contact her.
